Global Strategic Standardizes on Sanas Speech Enhancement Inside Client-Controlled Phone Systems

Better Sound Where the Company Has No Back-End Access
Global Strategic Business Process Solutions runs operations from Manila, Bacolod and Victorias in the Philippines. After hearing the difference on live calls, it standardized on Sanas Speech Enhancement for about 200 agents on its most call-intensive accounts. Today its agents, the callers on the other end and its own executive team all report how good the calls sound.
The Challenge
Most of Global Strategic’s business is back-office work. Its phone-heavy work is concentrated in a set of accounts where agents handle mostly inbound customer-service calls from U.S. homeowners, usually connected to property-management teams. Most voice staff work overnight, on U.S. hours.
Those agents work inside their clients’ phone systems, including Zoom for at least one account and other calling applications elsewhere. Because the systems stay under client control, Global Strategic has no API or back-end access to the call environment. It needed technology that would:
- Improve live call audio directly on the agent desktop
- Work across different client phone systems without changing them
- Fit the way its teams already work
- Focus on the accounts where voice work is central
“Because we operate within our clients’ systems, sound-card-level operation is where the opportunity is for us.”Senior Vice President, Global Strategic
The Approach
Global Strategic started in December 2025 with a focused group designed around its most important voice work:
- 10 agents across three sites: five in Manila, three in Bacolod and two in Victorias
- Inbound customer service for property-management clients
- Evaluation through the lived experience of agents and callers, plus before-and-after call recordings
The feedback came quickly. Within a week, Manila operations reported a noticeable difference with Sanas on. Two weeks in, the product was working well, agents gave positive feedback and callers understood agents clearly. By January 2026, the team described it as working great, with a dramatic difference between on and off.
“The recordings are pretty dramatic in showing the difference with [Sanas] on versus off. My recommendation was that anyone on the phones should have it.”Senior Vice President, Global Strategic
The Rollout
Global Strategic standardized on Sanas Speech Enhancement for its call-intensive accounts and kicked off its production rollout on March 9, 2026:
- About 200 agents on its highest phone-volume accounts across three sites
- One workspace, organized into groups for Manila and Bacolod/Negros
- Deployment run centrally by Global Strategic’s IT team, with batch installs and manual installs where shift patterns required
- A named Sanas account manager, support portal and leadership training
The Results
By May 2026, Global Strategic was very pleased with the sound quality on its calls, and the feedback came from every side of the conversation:
- Agents report that it sounds good
- Callers on the other end report that it sounds good
- The executive team hears the same quality in its own calls
“We’re very pleased with [Sanas]. It’s been fantastic. Our agents, the people on the other side, and our executive team all report how good it sounds.”Senior Vice President, Global Strategic
Conclusion
- Sanas Speech Enhancement works inside client-controlled systems, with no back-end access needed
- One consistent approach across the phone environments of Global Strategic’s priority accounts
- About 200 agents live across Manila, Bacolod and Victorias
- Global Strategic has said it wants Sanas across its full voice population
