Our patents, trade secrets, and other IP are our secret sauce; they are also why customers trust Sanas to deliver a superior product that meets their needs. This week, in yet another win for our efforts, a federal judge in the Northern District of California denied a motion from our competitor, Krisp Technologies, that attempted to invalidate our patents.
The court agreed with us that Krisp’s arguments were not persuasive, using language throughout its reasoning such as: “Krisp recycles much of its arguments for the ‘550…”, “Krisp’s other arguments fail for the same reasons as they did before….”, “Krisp makes the same arguments for why the ‘496 patent is directed at an abstract idea. They fail for similar reasons as before…”

We’ve always stood firmly that our patents are ours. Our trade secrets of how we help the world communicate are ours and ours alone.
